Relin does not mine, sell, or train on your webhook data.

Last updated: April 20, 2026

Relin stores webhook data so you can deliver events, replay events, investigate failures, and prove what happened. We keep it for the retention period you choose, and we delete it when you ask us to delete it.

What we collect

We collect account details, workspace settings, source and endpoint configuration, event metadata, event payloads, delivery attempts, audit history, billing status, and support messages you send us.

Customer-provided endpoint names, URLs, event types, payloads, and identifiers remain your data.

How we use it

  • Receive, verify, deliver, retry, and replay webhook events.
  • Show delivery history, payloads, metrics, alerts, and audit records in your workspace.
  • Detect missing, duplicated, stalled, or failed events when you enable those controls.
  • Operate billing, authentication, security, support, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your webhook payloads for advertising. We do not use your webhook payloads to train models.

Retention and deletion

Webhook data is retained according to your workspace plan and settings. Shorter retention means Relin deletes stored payloads and event history sooner.

You can ask us to delete your workspace, account, sources, destinations, payloads, and related operational records. Some billing, security, and legal records may be retained only as long as needed for those purposes.

Access and sharing

Workspace members and API keys you authorize can access workspace data according to their permissions. Your customers can access only the portal sessions you create for them.

We use service providers to run Relin, process payments, send notifications, and support customers. They may process data only to provide those services to us.

Security

We protect data with access controls, encrypted transport, audit records, and secret handling designed for webhook operations. You are responsible for keeping your account, API keys, endpoint URLs, and signing secrets secure.
