Terms
Use Relin to run webhook delivery, not to abuse people or systems.
Last updated: April 20, 2026
These terms are the basic rules for using Relin. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that company.
Your workspace
You are responsible for the people, API keys, sources, destinations, payloads, and customer endpoints in your workspace. Keep credentials secure, remove access when it should end, and make sure you have permission to send data to Relin and to the endpoints you configure.
Your data
You keep ownership of your data. You give Relin permission to process it only as needed to provide the service, including receiving, storing, delivering, retrying, replaying, monitoring, securing, supporting, and billing for webhook traffic.
We do not mine your webhook data, sell it, or use it to train models.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Relin to send spam, malware, phishing, abusive traffic, or unlawful content.
- Do not try to bypass rate limits, access another workspace, probe the service, or disrupt delivery for other customers.
- Do not put regulated data into Relin unless your plan and written agreement with us allow it.
Plans and billing
Free plans are for setup and testing. Paid plans unlock higher limits and paid features. You are responsible for fees, taxes, and usage charges for the plan you choose. You can cancel a paid plan, and access may change at the end of the billing period.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Relin reliable, but no service is perfect. Features may change as we improve the product, and preview or beta features may be changed or removed.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a workspace creates security risk, payment risk, legal risk, service abuse, or material harm to Relin or other customers. You can request deletion of your account or workspace data.
Contact
For terms questions, billing issues, or deletion requests, contact Relin support from your workspace or email support@relin.app.
