Subprocessors

Third parties that process customer data for Relin.

Relin uses the following subprocessors to operate the service. We will update this page before adding a new subprocessor. If you have a contractual notice period for subprocessor changes, contact legal@relin.app.

Infrastructure

Cloudflare, Inc. — runtime, database, object storage, caching, and network delivery for the entire Relin platform. Processes all customer data: accounts, workspace configuration, webhook events and payloads, delivery attempts, audit records, and operational telemetry. Primary region: global, with workloads executed close to the requesting user. Sub-processor URL: cloudflare.com/trust-hub/gdpr/.

Billing

Stripe, Inc. — payment processing, subscription management, invoice generation, and billing portal. Processes account email, billing address, and payment method data you submit during checkout. Does not receive webhook payload contents or workspace event data. Sub-processor URL: stripe.com/legal/privacy-center.

Transactional email

Amazon Web Services, Inc. — transactional email delivery via Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). Processes the account email address and the content of transactional messages (deletion confirmations, password resets, alert notifications you explicitly enable). Does not receive webhook payloads. Sub-processor URL: aws.amazon.com/compliance/gdpr-center/.

Changes

We will update this page when we add, remove, or materially change a subprocessor. Customers on contracts with advance-notice obligations will be notified per the contract. Any objection to a new subprocessor should be sent to legal@relin.app.
